This is an exciting opportunity to join as our Senior People Business Partner, working directly with our VP of People Ops and helping build the overall People function.


You will...

  • Build credibility and trust with our employees through your compassionate and understanding nature. Be the go-to person for employee concerns and build strong relationships

  • Create a career development plan for our employees across multiple teams and areas of the business

  • Provide coaching and leadership training to our managers when it comes to performance management, employee retention, leadership development, and conflict resolution

  • Partner effectively and efficiently with other areas of the People team, such as talent acquisition, operations, benefits, and payroll

  • Ensure we are buttoned up on all things compliance related, like HR state and federal regulations, applicable employment laws, policies, and procedures. We do have support systems in place, so this is not all on you

  • Recommend, develop, and implement new HR processes to improve employee experience and overall business performance

  • Own employee life cycle surveys and drive amazing organizational results using the data received

  • Model and reinforce our cultural values of respect, ambition, collaboration, and integrity

Job requirements

You have...

  • 3+ years of PBP experience

  • Experience in coaching supervisors and employees through difficult conversations

  • Experience working with teams located in multiple cities and countries preferred

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

  • Outstanding organizational skills and are able to own multiple projects

  • The ability to work independently with little direction
