You are…

A technology-savvy HR enthusiast who excels in streamlining processes and advocating for technological advancements in the HR domain. As our HR Generalist, you'll spearhead our HRIS system, guaranteeing its smooth functionality tailored to the specific requirements of our North American team.

Your role revolves around enhancing our People Operations. You'll shape HR policies, take charge of onboarding/offboarding processes, foster innovation in recruitment, and constantly enhance HR systems and initiatives. Come join us and redefine HR Generalist with your tech expertise and passion!


You will…

  • Lead our HRIS Revolution!
    • Take charge of our HRIS, ensuring employee records are not just compliant but also optimized for efficiency and accuracy

    • Be the go-to person for troubleshooting and elevating our HRIS functionality, working hand in hand with IT and HRIS experts

    • Unleash the power of data with insightful reports that fuel strategic decision-making across the organization

    • Craft user-friendly internal guides to empower our diverse workforce in navigating our systems seamlessly

    • Drive integration efforts to create a cohesive tech ecosystem that streamlines processes and boosts productivity

  • Partner with Payroll and Finance Excellence
    • Collaborate closely with the Payroll Manager to achieve seamless integration and data flow between HRIS and payroll systems

    • Tailor our HRIS to meet the unique needs of our Payroll and Finance teams, ensuring a smooth and efficient workflow

  • Elevate People Operations
    • Play a pivotal role in shaping our HR guides, policies, and procedures, setting the standard for excellence in HR administration

    • Own the onboarding and offboarding experiences for our North American team, adapting processes to meet evolving business needs

    • Dive into recruitment activities, from posting job ads to enhancing candidate experiences with a touch of innovation

    • Drive continuous improvement in HR initiatives and systems, creating a workplace where talent thrives

    • Get involved in exciting ad hoc projects, from market research for expansion to employee survey administration

    • Be the friendly face of support, addressing inquiries and ensuring our team stays connected and engaged

Job requirements

You have…

  • 2+ years of experience in HR administration

  • Fluent in English, both written and spoken

  • Familiarity with HRIS platforms such as Salesforce, ADP, or CultureAmp is a plus

  • Strong proficiency in G-Suite, Slack, and similar tools

  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple tasks with precision and accuracy

  • Impeccable attention to detail, superb organizational skills, and excellent time management abilities

  • Basic skills in data analysis and reporting, with a willingness to learn and develop these abilities

  • Self-driven and adept at working independently, as you'll be part of a globally distributed HR team with your manager located remotely

  • Proven ability to build strong rapport with stakeholders and team members

  • Being a sports fan is not a requirement, but being a team player is!
