You will be expected to identify key business drivers, create effective product strategies, and ensure execution plans align with the organization’s long-term goals for profitability and sustainability.

Be responsible for strategic implementation and execution of go-to-market plans, including the launch of products and localization of existing products.
Build and lead a team with a strong sense of togetherness and eagerness to deliver superior results.
Own and create inputs to strategic plan development and company-wide budgets.
Conduct and/or coordinate market research, business plan preparation, operational and marketing budgets, and go-to-market strategies.
Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes for improved operational efficiency.
Build and launch overall product, site, and customer experience ownership to ensure full customer satisfaction from the brand.
Overview of the local product and content strategy and provide guidance to local content execution.
Manage the existing as well as develop new strong relationships/agreements with third parties (Content & Payment providers and other vendors/suppliers) to ensure smooth procurement and delivery of products and services.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of the market, including competitive and regulatory environment.
Serve as liaison for regulators, legal bodies, and trade associations and maintain close and open relationships with them.
Bachelor’s Degree in business or a related field
Extensive knowledge of the gaming industry and operations
Sound project management skills and experience
Fluent written and oral communication skills in both English and Spanish
Ability to prepare, understand and analyze business strategies and financial statements, and business plans
5 years of experience in a gaming environment (or working with such clients) and 5 years of Senior Management experience
